Ointment containing silver, made of hydrophobic braided polyamide tulle whose fibers are surrounded by silver in elemental form that in direct contact with the wound act microbiologically against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. Impregnated with neutral ointment without Vaseline additives or other paraffins.
